Accessible Smart SVG™ Engineer

We are seeking an scalable vector graphics (SVG) / XML programmer and animator. Familiar with animating and exporting XML code. This role would program and conduct code audits against WCAG 2.0 - 2.2 and accessibility best practices on multiple digital platforms. We will provide the SVG illustrations - you will need to just need to engineer and test various media queries.

  1. Take initiative to code and deliver accessible SVG files and provide actionable steps on how to fix accessibility issues.

  2. Work remotely to help review and provide feedback on accessibility files across browsers.

  3. Help guide clients for best practices when inserting code into their systems.

  4. Support inclusivity and accessibility in every project.

About you

We are looking for people with different perspectives from around the world. People with lived experiences give the best insight as to how to design for accessibility.

  • Experience with WCAG 2.0 - 2.2 auditing on web and on mobile platforms

  • Ideally having some knowledge of assistive technology for testing such as JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver. Experience with Dragon Naturally Speaking and Voice Control is a huge bonus.

  • Knowledge of XML, HTML, HTML5 required, advanced knowledge of CSS and JavaScript preferred

  • An understanding of WAI-ARIA and commonly used ARIA attributes

  • Must be a self-starter and have a good time management skills

  • Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical audiences

Remote Sales Director

We are looking for a highly motivated & self-driven Sales Director to form and lead our sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to develop innovative strategies to achieve sales goals, as well as make meaningful connections with our new partners. The Sales Director is a sales professional with demonstrated experience closing complex business deals, consistently meeting and exceeding goals.

  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

  • Present sales, revenue and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

  • Communication skills, especially persuasion, to clearly convey the benefits of our new technology to potential partners

  • Answer questions about the technology and our process

  • Prepare partner agreements

  • Track activities, leads, and pending deals in SalesForce

  • Planning and directing the hiring and training of new Sales Representatives

  • Setting sales quotas and goals

  • Overseeing and directing performance of the sales team

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability as an individual contributor in a highly competitive sales environment

  • Experience exceeding sales targets with proven ability to generate in excess of $1 Million in sales

  • 7+ years of sales or account management experience

  • Confidence and strong self-assuredness to succeed in cold-calling agencies and onboarding partners

  • Flexible with the ability to work across different time zones

  • Demonstrated ability to think of creative tactics to drive closure and shorten sales cycles

Bonus Points/Preferred Qualifications:

  • Passion for social change, green technology and ethical business practices

  • Direct experience as a Web Development B2B Sales Director

  • Executive-level (CXO) communication skills

  • Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Graphic Design, SVGs and Graphics Technologies

Graphic Designer and Illustrator

Seeking a self-starter with an ambition to learn and grow as a Graphic Designer. We focus on accessible and ADA compliant graphics, offering truly inclusive experiences for everyone. Willing to train the right person in some of these more technical details.

This position is full time graphic design, print production and illustration support. Must be a wiz in Adobe Illustrator and Figma.
